Applications for carpooling permits have now closed.   

There are 29 free carparks available under the existing scheme, located at the Boundary Street and Ballarat Street carparks.  These parks can only be used by permit holders. 

Existing permit holders were given the opportunity to renew their permit.  Following that process we invited the community to apply for the remaining 31 permits.
